How Can ADHD Be Treated While Suffering From Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I have RA which runs in my family but I also ADHD. Adderall makes my pain much worse. Is that because it is a vasoconstrictor? I would stop the Adderall but I desperately need it to focus. Are there alternative medicines for the treatment of ADHD which will not cause increased RA pain?
