hello doctor ..im 27 years old and i have marks on my penis head its like brown marks its not causing any irritation or anything it is normal which im noticing since a year i think its due to masturbation and i never had any intercourse i just wanted to know whether these spots can be removed by any treatment because iam getting married in 2 months please help me out
What you're describing is likely normal discoloration that most men have in a variety of forms. If these are not sores or growths, are not painful, and are not bothering you, there is likely nothing at all wrong and nothing to be worried about. It is possible that this is an STD (sexually transmitted disease) such as herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, or syphilis, though it is unlikely; if you want to be sure, visit a primary care doctor to get tested for these (a combination of urine and blood tests). Always use condoms as protection during sexual intercourse to prevent STDs.
I hope this helps.
