Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Full-thickness complete tears of supraspinatus and subscapularis tendons are treated by surgical repair. I suggest you to go for arthroscopic repair of these tears.Full-thickness repair of biceps tendon can be also done at the same time through the arthroscope. Do not worry, these can be completely healed after repair.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
