How Important Is Blood Pressure?

i know its very important, but i think it can be a little over played. sorry i mean should it constantly be checked or what a while in between checking

Normal blood pressure is good, bit low and high are a cause of trouble. No you cannot over play with BP or it will be over playing with you. Everything should be within its normal limit.
