Hospitalized For MAC Pneumonia. Taking Nystatin And Diflucan. On Gluten And Lactose Free Diet. Suggest

i have recently been hospitalized for MAC Pneumonia and was on trios of very strong Antibiotics and Nystatin I.V.
Home now, and taking Mega Flora probiotics daily, and have taken Diflucan for 4 days. My urine is off the charts acidic and my stools are fruity smelling for the past few days.
I am on a Gluten and Lactose free diet, and eat healthy. I assume this is due to acidosis, (I am not diabetic).
What else can I do to correct this?
I am having lots of gas, and bowel movements all morning (not diarrhea) leaving me sore and burning.

hi.. thanks for using HCM..
you are treated for pneumonia with broad spectrum antibiotics..
now you are having diarrhea, flatulence and excoriation in the anal region..
it could be due to presence of reducing substance in stools and acidic stools..
you are taking probiotics.. continue that, along with that take multivitamins with zinc.. and use some ointment which contains zinc oxide. in the perianal region..
see your physician if it doesnot respond..
