Hit Thigh, Knee, Painful. How To Treat It?
Hi. Yesterday at soccer someone ran into be at full speed, hitting my left side. Their knee went right into the side of my thigh. At first it was hard to stand on but after massaging it a lot I continued to play. The area he hit is very hard and painful to the touch, but I don t see any bruising . When I woke up this morning it hurt much worse and it s very painful to walk. Any advice on how to treat it? Do you know how long it ll be till it gets better?

First of all you should go for radiological investigation of thigh.
As it is very important to rule out is there any fracture.
if there is no fracture ,only mucular injury it takes one to two weeks to be cured.
if there is any fracture it will take long time.
till the investigation restrict the thigh movement . Take analgesic for symptomatic relief.
