Hello'
It seems from the history that you had a hit against the temple and now having throbbing pain and pressure around the eyes.
Since you do not have history of loss of consciousness, bleeding from ears or nose and other symptoms which indicate head injury, no need to worry.
You can try analgesic drugs and analgesic local ointments to the injured site.
If you notice any of the above mentioned symptoms then you need to doctor otherwise you can wait for 1-3 days within which the pain is expected to decrease.

Thank you
