History Of Total Hysterectomy. Lower Back Pain Due To Spondololethesis. Burning Skin. Done Laminectomy. Help

I had a total hysterectomy in 1992 and about 3 months later , started feeling a very strange burning sensation in my lower back. Had an mri done and they said I had spondololethesis. Went to see a. Neurosurgeon, he said I needed a fusion at L5-S1. Had that done and it didn't help. Oh I forgot to mention the pain I had on the upper portion of my outer thighs, right side being the worse. I then had a laminectomy done to no avail. In the mean time my skin from my lower back, to my knees, all the way around my body is burning. It's burning so bad, I am not able to wear clothing. Literally! When I do wear clothing and I walk or move, it feels as though someone is ru, bbing sandpa:per on my body and I become very weak and have to sit down. The pain is excruciating! I then needed to have a 2nd fusion at the L3-L4 level. That also did not help. I had a spinal cord stimulater put in and somedays it works and some days it hurts so bad I'd like to pull it out! I then had the hardware removed from the L3-L4 fusion thinking that would help but it didn't. In the mean time, I began having very intense burning and pain in my groin area, both sides. Also involves the genitalia. As of todAy, I now have burning from my bra line down to my knees, all the way around. I've had every shot known to mankind. I truly don't know how much longer I can take this and I'm serious about that. Please can you help me?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The persistent pain after laminectomy can be helped with pain killers and nerve tonics like gabapentin or pregabalin. You also need to do a regular physiotherapy to prevent further progression of the problem.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
