Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in hip on moving could be related to a ligament sprain or injury of the hip joint. You need to have investigations like MRI of the hip joint done for proper management.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
