High level of triglycerides. Diet, remedy, precautions?

i have did some test n found TYPHI DOT IgG NEGATIVE TYPHI DOT IgM WEAK POSITIVE im affected by s paratyphe AH pls help and advise ... diet / remedy precautions. my biochemistery test shows my SGPT 60 ref value is 2-49 IU/I my triglycerides are 357 mg/dl high VLDL is 71.4 mg/dl HDL 35 mg.dl borderline LDL 127 mg/dl ok pls advise how to control above .... pls pls help and advise... how to lower down. my age is 38 years. thks

your lipid level are abnormal
to control lipid level do following measure
avoid fatty food esp. saturated fat and trans fat like dhee, butter , oily food ,fried food , backary product , pastries , cake , non veg like egg yellow , red meat , organs like liver , kidney , brain , sea food like prawns , crabs , sweets , ice cream
avoid use of any form of tobacco
limit your alcohol intake
regular walking
maintain your weight as per your height
take care
