High Heartrate, Heavy Breathing, Fatigue, Numbness In Right Limbs, High BP, Stiffness, Curling Of Hands. Suggestions?

hi and good day. i would like to ask your opinion regarding my wife s problem. last night she complained her nose was blocked and she had trouble breathing through it. so she decide to breath through her mouth. unfortunately, she was breathing thru it heavily, until she consciously could fel her heart beat very strong. like strong pump. anyway, i think she became anxious upon finding out about it, so she decided to monitor her heart s BPM. her heart s bpm is around 68 bpm. scared, she tried to control her heartbeat but she became fatigue and tired until her right hand and leg became a little numb and weak. she has allergies to ginger but she hadn t had any, and she has sinus . she was once hospitalised because of this. and it was a scary moment because she was hyperventilating heavily, her hands curled and stiff and her blood pressure shot up. she also has abnormal period. thank you.

Hello,
What your wife was trying to do through a blocked nostril, was set off a Valsalva maneovre and led to the symptoms that you had described.
Please ensure she does not repeat this in the future.
Keep handy a sudafed nasal spray or drops and this would clear up the blocked nostrils quickly.
Do not use sudafed for more than 3 consecutive days.
