Hi, well had been very angry with some worker and left arm start to shake ot of control, notice it and get over it. Then after two days my left side of my face and arm become numb, have suddenly highblood pressure never had that before, prescibe vectoryl4ml made my feel terrible, dizzy start getting depressed every afternoon, stop it, start drinking cayenne pepper when feeling weak and left arm start feeling numb and headache, help a lot. Have to lie down after two and three hours work. Work for fourteen hours no problems before now exhausted most of the day. Today went to a test on a rive machine, problem with two heart valve not working properly, magnesium deficiency and big problem with osteopirosis. I am 56years old.h

There are several aspects that need attention -
1- Cardiologist > BP need control / If vectoryl is not OK, change to a different CLASS / may be a beta blocker? - it helps in several ways...
EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up (especially potassium?) – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.
2- Neurologist > Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) may need to be considered to evaluate numbnesses / MRI and\or MRA may be necessary
3- Psychiatrist/ Psychologist - You should not allow another person to influence you mood so badly as to affect your health... Type A personality? / Anxiety

You have not stated your personal habits, family history or co-morbidities, even age, gender...they could have an influence on the diagnosis and outcome...
May be a short stay in a Multi Speciality Tertiary care Hospital may address all the problems simultaneously...
