Hi my three month old Pekingese puppy started acting drunk all of a sudden he can hold his head up just falls to the side I was holdi.g him tryi.g to get his attention and he threw up a lil. Then got really hyper running back and forth but not normally. He was barking . biting and running I.to things very weird. Then just stops and pretty much collapses with no energy and wont drink anything ...im pretty woried should I be what should I do
