Hi my name is tasha and im 30 years old and my height is 5.2 and i weigh 13st and i am going to slimming world and im doing my best to try and lose the weight. My first week i went i lost 3lbs and then it goes up or down or goes back up and im eating healther and im doing loads of walking and i dont understand why i cant lose the weight. Please help me and tell me what i got to do because at the very moment i keep getting really upset with with myself
