Hi, My Name Is Sam. I’m A 20 Year Old

Hi, my name is Sam. I’m a 20 year old female with asthma. I am also a smoker, which I know doesn’t go hand-in-hand. I am also in school to be a MA, so I have my own stethoscope. Well tonight, I decided that I just wanted to know what my lungs sounded like when breathing. My left lung though kind of sounds like a low growling or rumbling noise, and both lungs have a small, high-pitched whistle sound on the exhale. Any reason why? I also have had a cough for the last week, but it’s always dry. I was sick last weekend with “flu like symptoms.” I feel okay, other than my chest aching on inhaling, as well as my back and backside of me neck. I have also notcied I am a little unsteady when standing. Not sure if any of this goes hand-in-hand, but also wanted to bring that to your attention, to see if something can’t be figure out. My main question is, what could this be & should I go to my local hospital tomorrow?
