Hi, My 43 Y.o. Daughter Has Suffered For 4+ Months

Hi, my 43 y.o. daughter has suffered for 4+ months with swollen right cheek, upper teeth pain, daily fevers over 100 deg, , exhaustion & weekness, , fluid in ears , often sounds like she has sinus inflammation, sounds "nasally", always a headache when temp is elevated, feels faint upon exertion. Has only weeks ago stopped smoking. Had an upper molar pulled a few weeks ago, but symptoms have persisted and she says are worse since tooth extraction. An oral surgeon visually examined her salivary glands. She has been on multiple rounds of antibiotics. A pain doctor medicated her for trigmen neuralgia, that didn't help. She had an MRI yesterday. Is there anything you can tell us that might shed light on her health problem so she can start to live a normal life again ???? YYYY@YYYY
