Hi i had my TVS today, here are the diagnosis: normal sized anteverted uterus with homogebous myometrium; triple line endometrium; endometriotic focus, right ovary; endometriotic foci with 1 leading follicle, left ovary; no free fluid in the cul de sac.
Detailed ultrasound report:
Uterus is anteverted and measures 3.88× 3.95×2.97 cm with momogenous myometrium.
Endometrium is triple line and intact measuring 0.75 cm.
The cervix measures 2.89×2.20×2.09cm, with no nabothian cyst.
Right ovary is sren lateral to the uterus measuring 2.66×2.54×2.24 cm (volume : 7.92 cc)
There is aunilocular cystic structure measuring 1.24×1.42x1.01cm, thin-walled, containing low level echoes within to consider endometriotic focus.
The left ovary is lateral to the uterus and measures 2.78×2.21×1.84cm (volume: 5.94cc)There are two (2) cystic structures measuring 0.91×1.15×0.91 cm and 0.95×0.75×0.66 cm, each containing medium level echoes to consider endometriotic foci. (1) leading follicle measuring 1.59×1.62×1.27cm. There is no free fluid in the posterior cul de sac.
I'm seeking for your help. Kindly explain in layman's term. Thank you
