Hi, i got blood test done and found that ESR level is 65 all other parameter in CBC report are with in range however I also got CBC, Hiv an thyroid test done three month ago that time erythrocytes was normochromic and all other test result were normal. I have noticed that my fingers are fluffy for past one year. I have gain weight also in last two of years. I sometime look quite flyffy or sometime normal. Please advise me about my health conditions and suggest how can I obtain better health and normal body.
