General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of the tiredness and runny nose are commonly related to a viral infection. I recommend to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation. I also recommend using a saline nasal spray for local application. I suggest to rest, eat a healthy diet and drink liquids.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
