Hi have a pinching pain occationally in my upper right front abdomen and I seem to have mild gas off and on. It started weeks ago and for 1 day the pain was very bad and by the end of the day it went around my side to my back but lasted only 24 hours, I couldn't even lay on that side that night. About 5 days later I had a abdomen sonogram and pelvic sonogram that did not show anything. Now this pinching pain is only maybe once a day - like if I bend over and it is very mild. I did fall on my right side about 1 week before the really bad paid occurred but I'm not connecting the 2 because it was at least 1 week before the really bad pain happened. Any ideas or could it be related to the fall?
