Hi doctors...I am suffering from pimples on the back of my neck...by my neckline...They are big and inflamed and also filled with pus...I did do a swab test and it came back as no bugs or any fungus...Please can u tel me what condition I am battling with and what I can do about it....I have tried many anti biotics...no luck...have had some good results with topical fucidin...how ever results are temporary
