Hi doctor iam 32 year female recent medical graduate. My husband and i have been TTC for last 3 years but couldnt. I did all blood work up and all came normal including TSH prolactin FSH all. I also recently did HSG (hysterosalphingogram)and radiologist told me there are some adhesions. Tubes are open ,free spillage of dye was there but instead of dispersion there was little collection of dye in a pocket bilaterally. i had intestinal tb 6-7 years ago and also i had appendectomy at the same time. actually during appendectomy they found intestinal tb. If adhesions are the cause of infertility then what are the possible treatment like ivf works for me ? my concern is what if uterine scar are there because of intestinal tb does ivf work for me?how can i be sure that my uterus fallopian tube and ovaries were not affected with intestinal tb at that time? thank you so much
