Hi doctor. I am a male with acne and dry skin. I know the "definitive" cure for acne is isotreitonin, but I think my skin could not tolerate it (it´s really dry). I have high testosterone levels, but I guess I can´t do hormonal therapy because I am a man. I´ve not tried antibiotics, but they aren´t deffinitive (or they could be?).

I am depressed because of this. What would you recommend me to do? Is there a safe, effective and long lasting way for me to cure acne? Thank you very much.
