Two months ago I mastrubated and used the paper bag to wipe the sperm. After two days I started feeling itchy sensation then I visited nearby clinic and bought olfloxacin and took for five days, the itchy sensation did not fadre away than I visited doctor he prescribed me vit B complex and ciprofloxacin for 5 days. Again the itching did not fade away and I visited the doctor he recommended me to check urine and C/S, urine contained pus and no blood.C/S result was good. He said it is UTI and prescribed another medicine for 7 days Nitrofurantoin. The medicine dose is completed and again the itching on the base of penis doesnot fade away. When I touched the base of penis I can feel small lumps which on pressing gives tinge of pain. So far no smelly discharge, fever and pus. Slight discomfort during urination and itching continues and become vigorous on ejaculation.
What is the cause and recommend me strong antibiotics to get totally rid of this problem. M having exam and this itchy feeling gives me stress. So doc pls help me
