I am 26, I have been diagnosed with alopecia areata. There is a small coin size bald patch just at the back of left ear. How many days will it take to recover.

Apart from this I am loosing too many hairs every day. And hairs are falling from all over the scalp. All the big ones nd small ones also. The density has reduced significantly.

I have taken the treatment from two dermatologists in Pune.

They have prescribed
Mintop 2%, ON Lotion, Finax tablets 1 mg, preetyhair, betnesol.

Also I earlier used Tacroz Forte Lotion and Mometasone cream for the bald patch.

My big concern is the hairs which are falling from all the places.from the top, front sides and back of head.

I am about to get marry in 2 months, I am in very much stress.

Shall I visit some other doctor or continue with same medicines.

I have been on these medicines for 1 month.

I also have migrane, is this the hair fall reason or the medicines for migrane.

Please help me, when can I get my hairs back or will I not get those back ever.
Will the above medicine tame the hair fall.
