Hi. My patient is 30 year old single. Got left lateral chest pain, colicky in nature with 30min duration, which is associated with working in hot weather sometime dust inhalation. That is not associated with cough, palpitation, sweating, breathlessness on lying down and edema. On examination, BP is 100/60 mmhg heart rate is 60/min. Mild pallor with haemic murmur on examination. Other abnormalities are not detected. ECG show HR 60/min, sinus rhythm, normal axis, LVH without strain pattern but RBB present.what will be my patient?
