Hi, I've never done anything like this before so i'll just write and see what kind of response I get I suppose. So basically I have recently started to deal with my anxiety/depression and one of my key issues is a chronic tension pushing against my stomach which feels uncomfortable 24/7, makes it difficult to breathe and heightens any feelings associated with anxiety or depression. Over the last couple of days however I have noticed that if I grab the belly fat around my belly button and pull down all the tension in my stomach dissipates immediately and all of a sudden I can breathe easy and it feels like I can take a full breath but as soon as I let get and the fat goes back into its normal position the tension returns immediately and almost leaves a sick/pressure feeling on my stomach and my breath. I only ask as if this could go away and be a permanent thing it will change my life. So basically do you think this is anxiety/stress related, or maybe postural (I have a moderate anterior pelvic tilt) I sleep on my stomach, or is it something we all have?
Thanks so much for reading,
David
