Hi. I've been given Pregabalin for anxiety but it didn't seem to help at the standard therapeutic dose, so now i've been given Propranolol instead, but I've read this helps with symptoms like sweating, blushing etc during panic attacks. My anxiety isn't really like this, so i'm just wondering if there is something more appropriate for me to take. Mine is a kin of permanent freeze response which i've been in constantly for over a year, since I had my baby. The symptoms of this are being very physically tense the whole time that i'm not in bed, feeling like i'm living in a whirlwind of constant action, not being able to think clearly at all or focus my mind, and feeling overwhelmed very easily. Any thoughts on this?
