Hi,

In September I went out and wore some high heels. My toes killed the next day like I'd broken them. The next day I stumped my left one bs the nail bruised underneath and both was so tender for ages. Recently I thought I had an infection in both. But it seemed to go away on its own. 2 days ago my left nail became loose and fell off and now my other is doing the same. Will they grow back? thank you
