Hi. I'm a busy working mom of two, 37, just finished grad certificate..out of shape, and super tired. I have lots of aches nd pains...specifically in abdomen...right side front. About the center point between my outside c.sec. scar and belly button...I also have a stomach bulge when I lean back from separating muscles according to my obgyn.. My daughter is 4 and my son is 19 months. Both were c section. I had preterm labor with daughter , gestational diabetes with both and kidney stones after 1st preg. And during 2nd. My daughter was 9 lb 14oz, son 9 lb 7oz. They are still tall and heavy kids...off chart in percentiles. I nursed my 1st till two and still nursing my son. All this is background to share that I am understandably exhausted but the pains in abdomen ARE annoying and that side drops more ...while I'm heavier than ever...I wonder if there is anything I can do to reduce pain and annoyance? My Dr said it is normal and live with it unless it gets worse nd then surgery is something to consider...I don't like either of those options...also what exercises should I avoid? In theory I'd like to start working out but when I see my droopy bulging stomach I think nothing can help..I'm also 5 ft 11 and weigh 180...I was 130 into my late 20 ...now people think I'm just tall and a big woman but really have a smaller frame and just c
