Hi Im A 53yr Female With Fibromyalgia And I Always

Hi Im a 53yr female with fibromyalgia and I always had very good BP until January of this year. I was admitted to hospital with severe head pains, vomiting & sky high BP. I had CAT scans & MRI of head & lumbar puncture to rule out Brain bleed. 3 times I was rushed into hospital within hours of being released with same symptoms. No one knows what caused it but I get headaches an awful ringing in my ears with times hearing my own heart beat like you do when they do an ultrasound in pregnancy. My BP still shoots up to crisis level on my Omron home monitor which they advised me to purchase. Just last night my BP was 205/96 pulse104 I lay down for a while & retook it and it was 168/103 pulse 99. Should I be ignoring these. My doctor hasnt put me on any BP meds. The A&E dept thought I could have something called Pheochromocytoma as I tick to many boxes for it. But my GP did a 24hr urine collection. It took 4 wks at lab before results came back. When I phoned for results the receptionist said it was Satisfactory. Im still left with this weird chest pain, spiking high BP dull headache & occassional jaw pain. Sorry for long winded list but what could be causing this? Should I see a cardiologist?
