Hi I'm 25 years old. I'm worried and stressed out don't know what's going on.

About 2;weeks agobi did 2 pregnancy test the one showed a little dark pink line so it showed positive blll. Then when I got home from work I decided to do the clear blue pregnancy test and it showed the plus sign. Then a day after that I started having light bleeding and it was only when I went to the bathroom and wiped. I had this bleeding for a week and the 7th day I started having really dark red blood (almost like having your perios) but only when I wiped aswell. I went to the doctor the same day but he seemed uninterested did a poor job ofbdoibg an ultrasound and said there was nothing in my uterus, he also did a pregnancy test and it came back negative. The day after that the bleeding had stopped. I also did havr my period on the 12th and It is due in the next two days. What should I do was really hoping ibwas pregnan.
