Hi, I Would Normally Just Got To My Primary Care

Hi,
I would normally just got to my primary care doctor, but i'm away at college and can't get to him. I have had a painless lump on my node on the side of my neck for 6 weeks now. I've had them before, but normally they would hurt and then I would get sick because my body is fighting off infection. I'm a med student so I understand that when you have an inflamed lymph node it's because you are fighting off infection and the typical treatment would be antibiotics. Well I have been on antibiotics for over a month now for acne, and the lump hasn't gone away. I also am having pain in the axilary region/breast region on the same side as the lump in my neck. I know it isn't mono because I have had no flu symptoms and have been on the antibiotics. Basically, I just want to know if this is something I should be concerned about and make an appointment for or if it's something that will go away. My first thought is Lymphoma which is why I don't want to wait too long to do anything about it.
Thank you,

Lauren
