Hi I was diagnosed with gastritis about 3 weeks ago, i get this random feeling in my left lower rib cage area like all the air is being pushed out of me-just on the left side. I had an xray taken it didnt show any trapped air. The doc thought I was feeling my intestines around my spleen move and once i had a good bowl movement it would go away. It has not gone away. Usually its followed by burping. I can get it anytime through out the day. Feeling very concerned.
