Hi I walked into a box pellet and knocked a hole in my leg I had a tetanus injection and two lots of antibiotics my leg was healing very nicely - it started itching and I scratched it a bit all around it but now the skin is red and weeping a bit is that because I scratched it I think I irritated the whole area - I put on some supiroban ointment - can I drink an Allergex or a Texa tablet for the fever cause I feel a bit feverish or what can I take
