Hi, I Just Started Working At The Front Reception/registration Area

Hi, I just started working at the front reception/registration area of a ER. After 1 day on job, I woke up today with severe throwing up, every 30 minutes for a few hours and had diarrhea with severe nausea.
I had to go home sick. After taking emetrol, Dramamine and Imodium the nausea is just constant and won't go away. So I took 2 zofrans and I'm still not getting the relief I was hoping for. It's better but not good.
I have to work in 6 hours for a long shift there again and don't want to call in sick, Nc I still have 7 more days of training.
Do you have any advice? How many zofrans can I take. It said1-3 per day, but after 2, I still have the constant nausea.
