Hi I Have Two Problems, I Think They Are Unreleated

Hi

I have two problems, I think they are unreleated but I will list both.

The first is a problem with my forearms. For about 3 years now I have had severe problems with my forearms. I regularly go to the gym to lift weights and at first I just found it would account to certain motions, namely Bicep curls and any back exercise (pulling motion). Now, those exercises are excruitiating, with a severe tightness and pain just after doing that kind of exercise. I have tried the method of rest to cure this. First I took a full 90 days away from any form of weight lifting, and although I had less pain while not exercising, it was just as bad if not worse at my first session back at the gym. Next i tried regular stretching of the forearm, which again didnt help.

The second problem is more recent, but I have had it twice now. It is a bruised feeling behind the elbow on the right hand side only, reulting in pain which is increased with any sort of lifting. I am pretty sure this is tennis elbow or similar, but what can I do to help fix this? Is it somethign that goes in time?

Thanks for your help
