I have neck and back issues and fibromyalgia. So I'm generally in chronic pain daily, but today I woke up with my left arm sticking straight out and when I tried to move it , I was in agony. It continues to hurt the pain is located on the area opposite of the elbow. I had blood taken recently, but that was on Friday. When I try to straighten my arm the inside area of my arm feels like something is torn - it's very painful. I'm also feeling the pain radiate all the way up to my neck-I do have a spinal cord impingement and stenosis @C5,6,7. Any idea - also I'm getting stabbing pains on the bottom of my feet, I have sciatica in that leg and disc bulges , herniations and an old compressed fractured disc at L2, there is also a pinched nerve @ L5. It has become increasingly painful day by day sitting on the edge of my bed- it feels like my tailbone is broken. Need some help here guys and girls
