Hi, I have a bump that has recently appeared at the very top of the "slit" of my vagina. It's smooth and has no head like a pimple or ingrown hair would, flesh colored, firm, and about the size of a pea. It doesn't hurt, but it feels sore if I accidentally hit it when I wipe after I go to the bathroom. There isn't any pus or anything in it, and I haven't shaved in quite a while so it wouldn't be a bump from that.

I am sexually active, but I have been with the same partner for a year and a half (and I was with no one before them). I know that they don't have any STDs, herpes, warts, etc. I've never had anything like this before so it's worrying me. Will it go away? Is there anything I can do?
