Hi, I Had The Flu Vaccine Just Under 3 Weeks

Hi, I had the flu vaccine just under 3 weeks ago, (51 yr old male) about a week ago I developed bad stomach ache at the top of my stomach under the rib area, showing all signs of Ulcer. I have no signs of blood in bowel movements and whilst Ive felt nausea, I have not vomited. I started drinking cabbage juice and eating bananas four days ago and symptoms have greatly improved, around 750ml of cabbage juice per day, across 4 glasses.

Just as I thought I was getting over the worst, whislt I was eating my dinner this evening I had a sudden swelling of the parotid gland on left side of my face. This started subsiding shortly after eating, this has never happened before. It was not painful.

Is it possible I have become ill as a result of flu vaccine? are the gland and stomach issues related? how concerned should I be please?
