Hi. I Had A Pap Smear In January. Four Days

Hi. I had a pap smear in January. Four days ago, I got the results of it. I have HPV-16, at the stage of Atypical Squamous Cell of Undetermined Significance (ASCUS). My partner and I had sex once the week after the test, and four times over this past month (five times altogether). We never use condoms because I'm on birth control, and never imagined this. We have been having vaginal unprotected sex, without even "pulling out."
Is there absolutely a 100% guarantee that he has HPV-16? He has never had the Gardasil vaccine.
