Hi! I am a woman 26 years old. I used to have healthy great skin. When I was 21 I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. So my young complexion slowly faded away. I tried to keep up with my usual routines drinking water and eat fruits and vegetables . Unfortunately I wasnt able to because sometimes I was really tired had pains and just couldnt keep up with myself. I was a medical student but had to quit due to my sickness because the disease made me so tired and I couldn't almost live with the pain. Anyway my skin complexion has got a bit worse. I am trying to fix it by going back to my usual routines but I feel it only works a tiny tiny bit. I was so frustrated of my skin not going back to its healthy state like it used to be so I tried scrubs but it ended up hurting my face. Now I have tiny but many small indendations or ice pick scars on my temples both left and right.I was wondering about any ointments or other remedies that would work to get rid of them. And how to eat to gain my natural glow back. I dont want to do botox or other plastic surgeries. Please help. Kind regards
