Hi! I Am A 54 Year Old Femaie. I Have

Hi! I am a 54 year old femaie. I have been dealing with odd joint pain (mostly knuckles and toe joints) since October '15. I also have odd "other pains" that come and go, mostly what I think are "skeletal," rather than muscular. For example, one morning my right femur will ache, then that goes away during the day. Then maybe during the day my right shoulder bothers me (also goes away after a day or so). I also have under the arm soreness (lymph area), but mammogram was fine. Sometimes my lower back hurts for a few days....but that won't stay and will go away. I have seen a Rheumatoid Arthritis doctor after my primary doc did blood work and said I indeed was positive for inflammation in the body (but not positive for the RA test, though). Lyme's disease and Hep C both negative from the RA doc's bloodwork. I am tired and feel "beaten up" all the time. I feel so horrible, I wouldn't be surprised if someone gave me a terrible diagnosis, but to this point, nothing else shows in the bloodworm. What can I do at this point?
