Hi, I am a 28/f and am interested in outdoor adventurous sports like trekking, outing, etc but the fear if getting periods during those days stops me from going fir such events during that time of the month. The reasons being the pain, stain, etc. Please let me know if there is any safe solution to this problem? Please include any option including surgery.

PS: I do not wish to be pregnant either at least fir the next 2-3 years.
