Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I am a 16 year old female ( 5 feet tall and 100 pounds) and I have been having chronic back pain for the past three years. It started when my breasts grew from a 32B to a 32D. When it first started I wouldn't really get pain until the late afternoon or so. But now three years later my breasts have grown from 32D to a 32DDD and I have constant pain from when I wake up to when I go to sleep. I mainly get pain in my lower back, neck, and shoulders. I don't get upperback pain until around 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon. The pain in my lower back is much worse while I'm on my period and when I do exercise. The reason I'm asking about this is I want to know if there is anything I can do to help lighten or stop the pain. Also I was wondering if I should look into a breast reduction or should I wait until I am older.
