Hi, I am Hiv patient, knew on January, started truvada and efavirenz on March. Intial ans subsequent labs:
-VL:6863 then after 1 month ttt: undetectable <16
-Cd4: 320(24%) then 580(28%)
But few days ago, I suddently got Watery diarrhea, fever,fatigue, bone ache, although I took brufen and shower.
I did stool analysis (insignificant), cbc: anisocytosis and relative lymphopenia.
My question, could a failure occur after intial improve? What to do next?
