Hi I Am 24 Years Old And 10 Weeks Pregnant

Hi I am 24 years old and 10 weeks pregnant with my second baby, my first pregnancy was healthy and I had morning sickness. Back in July this year I had my left ovary removed due to two large dermoid cysts and my left ovary had already twisted with out me realising , it had twisted before my first pregnancy back in December 2013 and the doctors told be although the ovary was being strangled it had been kept alive by my first pregnancy . Now that I have had this ovary removed and am pregnant again with my second baby I am having hardly any symptoms of pregnancy , no morning sickness at all and I'm 10 weeks is this normal ? And could this be due to having less progesterone because I only have one ovary? But technically i only had one ovary last pregnancy aswell but the other was alive , I am very worried about my lack of symptoms and am trying to search for an answer , may I of had a missed miscarage ? The only symptom of pregnancy I have is very occasional pains in breasts that's it, is it comman for some women to have no symptoms but everything be ok? Is it possible this is due to having one ovary ?Thankyou
