weekend coming up, family Dr. is away. Came home early from adult music camp (not panic attack)
Symptoms: return of diarrhea after 2weeks (from exposure to undercooked lamb dumplings perhaps?), yellow stool (watery, of course), gas, bloating, extreme fatigue,weakness, dizziness, (especially when bending or squatting), whole body muscle aches, irritablilty, elevated heart rate (90+bpm sitting; normally 54-60), sometimes whooshing sound in heartbeat (I have sensitive hearing, despite being an amateur musician), occasional tingling in left arm, less in other limbs, no fever; sorry I have not measured my BP (usually 115/70; btw: I am male, 60, germanic, 5'11", 175lb)
previous week I had gone cycling and had to push a bit to meet someone at a ferry....never quite recovered.
(do have an intestinal parasite that resisted treatment....stikes only when weakened or fatigued. sorry, cannot remember species; others such as yersinia and roundworm were treated successfully. Hazzards of hiking, travelling, and perhaps local eateries....)
Manage borderline diabetes with diet and mild exercise. Do take an OTC herbal (glucocare) for rare cases when meals are high in carbs.
drink alcohol ave. 3/d
take 100mg of ibuprofen + 10mg cetirizine daily for 2/3 of the year (for molds an pollens here in coastal the PNW)
immune system weakened: have been widowed 18m (wife was ill for many years; I was primay caregiver)
minor things like adult acne on chin and scalp, cuts, bruises, colds/flus take a long time to heal, etc.

No doubt things will clear up on their own , but just in case, any ideas?
