Hi Dr. Im Ej and i have many question i want to ask you. im so lonely and depressed, always tired and i want to be alone of all time, most of the time im just here at my room.
My family is here buy why i dont want to mingle with them, my friends are all gone.

i always awake at night and go to sleep in the morning around 4am-5am sometimes 6am.

i feel i have already serious illness, short in breathing , back pains not only back, fatigue, short term memory, blurry sights sometimes, ETC.

i always lay at my bed all times and sleep. pls help me Doc. im 24 and its been a habit for 2 or 3 years already. i start smoking tobacco since high school, and i stopped like 1 year ago, but some times i can smoke 1 stick in a month or nothing.
