Hi Doctor, I have been having a slight itching in my penis and it only gets better when I masturbate or pee. The itching comes back about 10 minutes after peeing or masturbating. Occasionally it will feel like I have a liquid in my pee tube. I am even able to squeeze out a white or clear substance. This substance feels like sperm but I am not sure. Sperm shouldn't be able to be squeezed out unless masturbating but I can squeeze this substance out without masturbating. Please respond back ASAP.
